As this is a Bulk Hiring Drive, our recruitment process is different from a traditional face-to-face interview.

Instead of attending a live interview, every applicant is required to submit a recorded Video Interview.
Your interview video will be carefully reviewed by our HR Team and Selection Panel.
Candidates shortlisted after the video screening will receive further communication regarding the next stage of the recruitment process.

Since this is an Urgent Hiring Requirement, applications received earlier will be given priority during the screening and selection process.
Once your interview video is received, our HR Team and Selection Panel will evaluate your submission carefully.
Recruitment Stages
- HR Team reviews your interview video.
- Your communication skills and company knowledge are evaluated.
- Shortlisted candidates are contacted by the HR Department.
- Selected candidates receive the official Offer Letter.
- Joining formalities and onboarding instructions are shared.

Work Engagement Options
Selected candidates may choose either of the following work models, subject to company approval.
Salary Package
Salary Determination
The final salary package depends on your interview performance, skills, experience and overall selection evaluation. The approved salary will be clearly mentioned in your Offer Letter.
Performance Target
Basic performance targets will apply. Different target slabs and evaluation criteria will be explained in your Offer Letter.
Working Hours
8 Hours Per Day
Reporting Requirements

Salary Payment
Monthly salary is generally processed between 8th and 12th of every month, as per company policy.

Reporting
Candidates only need to submit details of the client visits completed by them.
Commission Payment
Commission is paid on every successful customer payment or collection received by the company. Generally, payment is processed on the next working day after the customer's payment is received.
Commission Rate
Important Note
The applicable commission slab depends on the business category and will be clearly mentioned in your Offer Letter. This work model provides maximum flexibility and unlimited earning potential based entirely on your performance.

Applications May Be Rejected If:
- The interview video is less than 2 minutes or exceeds 5 minutes.
- The video quality is poor.
- The audio is unclear or not audible.
- An incorrect or unsupported file format is submitted.
- The candidate appears to be reading from notes or a mobile screen.
- The provided instructions are not followed properly.
