The Multi Activity Executive is a senior-level Business Development and Field Operations position for candidates with strong communication skills, professional attitude and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Selected candidates will work with both SCIUS Mind Spark and SCIUS IBS. The role focuses on business growth, institutional partnerships, merchant development and customer relationship management across the assigned district.

As this is a State-Level Bulk Recruitment Drive, the initial interview will be conducted through a Video Interview Submission.
Your interview video will be carefully reviewed by the company's recruitment team before the final selection.

Monthly Salary Model
Performance-Based Commission Model
The final designation, work model, responsibilities, compensation structure and reporting system will be decided solely by SCIUS Systems Private Limited.
The company's decision will be based on the following factors:
Candidates selected under the Monthly Salary Model will work as full-time employees of SCIUS Systems Private Limited. Salary, responsibilities and performance expectations will be communicated in the Offer Letter.

8 Hours Per Day
Salary is generally processed between the 8th and 12th of every month, subject to the company's payroll schedule and internal policies.
✔ Salary will be released after completion of reporting, attendance and other applicable company requirements.
✔ Complete KPIs, reporting procedures and employment terms will be mentioned in the Offer Letter.
Eligible candidates may be engaged under the Performance-Based Commission Model, subject to company approval and project requirements. This work model offers flexible working arrangements with earnings directly linked to business performance.

Commission Payment:
Commission is released only after the company successfully receives payment from the customer. Payments are generally processed on the next working day after payment verification.

Applicable Per Successful Business TransactionThe applicable commission percentage depends on the assigned project, business category and service segment.
